At Brilliant Kid, owned and operated by Kuber Marketing, we are committed to providing high-quality educational worksheets and materials that spark creativity and learning in children. We take great care in preparing and dispatching every order. However, in rare cases where an issue arises, we are here to help—within certain clearly defined circumstances.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
We do not offer refunds or accept returns in general. Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged or defective product.

You received a different product from what you ordered.

The product you received is significantly different from what was described on our website.
Please note: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product after opening, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
Refunds if approved, refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method in 5 - 7 days.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To raise a claim for a return or refund, it is mandatory to provide a clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package.
This video must show the package in its original, unopened condition and capture the full process of opening it.
Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

Products that have been used, marked, written on, or damaged post-delivery.

4. How to Raise a Refund Request
If your product falls under the eligible conditions mentioned above, you must:

Share the unboxing video and images clearly showing the issue.

Once verified and approved, the refund will be processed.
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

Customized orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

If your order has not been dispatched yet, we may approve cancellation on a case-by-case basis.
Final Notes
We value your trust in Brilliant Kid and work hard to ensure every product meets your expectations. However, due to the nature of educational printed materials, we reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our criteria.
